Returns are accepted up to 10 days after receipt or tracking number of unworn items. You are obligated to notify us by email before returning the item, except in the following cases:

– Received wrong item.
– Item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging).
– Item was defects.
– Delivery time exceeded.
– The carrier will not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and unworn. This means the items should be securely packaged in a cardboard box for protection during transit, possibly the same box used to ship to you.
