Shipping & returns
I would prefer another hide. Can I exchange my order?
You can return your order and then place a new order. Read more on the Shipping & returns page.
Are there shipping and return costs?
Shipping is free in the Netherlands and Belgium. Ordering from another country? Contact us at order@dyreskinn.nl. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Order
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email.
What is the delivery time for my parcel?
We ship your order as quickly as possible. In the Netherlands and Belgium, parcels usually arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
If your parcel has not yet been shipped, we can often still make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at order@dyreskinn.nl. If the parcel is already on its way, you can return it after delivery.
Warranty
Is there a warranty on my sheepskin or cowhide?
We apply a 12-month warranty for cracking or tearing of the leather in the middle of the rug. Wear from use and loss of wool or hair are not covered.
