How do you care for your DYRESKINN® products?
Brush (pet brush) and vacuum regularly on the lowest setting;
Clean any stain with a damp cloth. Do not apply any cleaning agents or chemicals;
Allow the coat to dry naturally, so not in the sun, a dryer or over a heater;
Avoid direct sunlight, UV light can fade the dye (only for non-naturally colored coats).

Returns are accepted up to 10 days after receipt or tracking number for unworn items. You are obligated to notify us by email before returning the item.

– Item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging).
– Item was defects.
– Delivery time exceeded.
– The carrier will not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, securely packaged, undamaged, and unworn. This means the items should be securely packaged in a cardboard box for protection during transit, possibly the same box used to ship to you.
