How can I return my order?
You can return your order to our warehouse within 14 calendar days. More information about returns can be found on the  returns-page.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation of the order by e-mail. We ship our orders as quickly as possible and usually deliver within 2 business days.

Can I still cancel my order?
We will do our utmost to help you as quickly as possible. If the order has not been processed and dispatched yet, we can still cancel it for you. Just contact us at info@dyreskinn.nl

Can I still change my order?
If your order has been processed and dispatched, it is unfortunately not possible any longer to change it. Just contact us at info@dyreskinn.nl

How can I make a payment?
You have the option to pay by iDeal or credit card.

What will happen to my personal information?
Dyreskinn only uses your data for processing your order and any returns. Dyreskinn does not share private information with third parties.

Dyreskinn delivers worldwide. Keep in mind that shipping costs, and delivery dates and times vary by country.
